"Broken Bowl, But They Took Care of It"
One of my bowls showed up broken in the box, which was definitely a letdown, but stuff like that can happen with shipping.
I reached out to Lenox and they literally got back to me quickly. They sent a replacement without making it a whole ordeal, and the new one arrived in perfect shape and matches the set perfectly. Really happy with how easy they made it.

"i mean, the stock info was a bit off"
i mean, it said the item was in stock when I ordered, but later I found out it was actually backordered. Kind of frustrating.

"Return ended up being easier than I expected"
One of the plates showed up chipped, and I immediately assumed the return was going to be a whole thing. It actually wasn’t bad at all. The process was simple enough, and my refund came through after a few days. Only annoying part was finding the return label — I kind of expected it to be more obvious.

My order arrived in good condition, so no issues there, but the shipping took longer than I personally expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just a little slower than I’m used to.

"Still holding up really well"
I bought a Lenox dinnerware set last year and honestly... we use it pretty much every day. I kept thinking the kids would chip something by now, but nope, nothing so far. The pieces feel solid without being too heavy, and yeah, it’s held up way better than I expected.

The personalization looked really good overall. There was a tiny spacing issue, but nothing major, and it still came out nicely. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for something customized.

"Cute gift, but not totally perfect"
I grabbed a Lenox piece as a gift it looked nice. Shipping was fine, nothing crazy, but the box showed up with a little dent, so I had to rewrap it before giving it. Not a huge deal, but kinda annoying. It’s still a solid gift option, I just wish the whole thing felt a bit more special, ya know?

"Nice rewards, but I worried I’d miss out"
The rewards are actually good, but my points took a little longer to show up than I expected. I was a bit nervous they wouldn’t come through and I’d lose out on what I earned. They did show up eventually though, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Nice designs, but not always my style"
Lenox has some really pieces that look clean and classy, and the photos on the site definitely make everything look nice. That said, a few of the patterns feel a little too old-fashioned for my taste, and I wish there were more modern options. I also found it kind of unclear who actually owns or manages some of the collections, which made the shopping experience feel a bit less straightforward than it should be...

I got my order and everything was fine, nothing was broken, so that was good. The box was banged up though, and the padding inside looked like it was thrown together in a hurry. You just kind of expect a little more care with packaging, especially when the items themselves are nice.

I was really glad to find the exact Lenox pieces I’d been looking for in stock here. I had already checked a few other sites and they were sold out, so it was a relief that lenox.com had the right size and pattern available. The checkout process was quick and easy too, which made the whole experience even better. It was nice not having to wait for a restock or keep checking back.

"Good prices when there’s sale"
I ordered from Lenox after I saw discount code, and the price ended up being fair compared to other places. Some of the stuff still feels little expensive at full price, but with the sale it felt worth it. Checkout was simple and the discount went through with no problem. I’d buy from them again, but I’ll probably wait for another promo first.
